Mary Kendell is a women’s health care nurse practitioner with over 35 years of nursing experience. She has held numerous positions from floor nursing in labor and delivery to Adjunct Clinical and Assistant Faculty positions at Marymount and George Washington University. She is a Master’s graduate of Medical College of Virginia,Virginia Commonwealth University.
In addition to well-woman care and family planning, Mary has distinguished herself as an expert in the management of chronic vaginal infections and the treatment of sexual pain disorders including vulvodynia. She is a National Vulvodynia Association Grant recipient, a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Vulvar Diseases, as well as a member of the American Association of Sexual Educators, Counselors, and Therapists and The International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.
